1. General Information

Aluminum honeycomb panel is sandwich panel bonded with aluminium face material and with a core in aluminium honeycomb. It offers high mechanical properties and good fire performances. The aluminum face material can be pre-painted in different RAL colors. The aluminium faces (skins) are available in different thicknesses and coatings, anodized or with primer.

The aluminum skin we use 3003 or 5052 alloy according to customer’s different applications.






2. Specifications Available

HWSTRONGER honeycomb panel is available in various standard thickness of 6, 8,10, 15, 20 and 25mm (maximum thickness go up to 200mm) and is supplied at standard widths of 1220mm or 1500mm and maximum length go up to 10000mm. The production of special is possible.

 

Aluminum Sheet/ Aluminum Alloy

Available thickness: 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.0mm.

Standard Aluminum Alloy: A3003

Custom Made/ Special Size are available

Coating

Honeycomb Panels used for Interior and Exterior Walls are pre-coated.

There are plastic protective film on panel surface, then panels are piled flatly on plywood crates.

Regular lead time: 10-20 days
Peak season lead time: 30 days.
Off season lead time: 10 working days

Do you offer free samples? How long does it take to get a sample?

Yes we offer free samples. Stock sample can be sent immediately once required, customized sample takes 3-5 days.

How do you control the quality?

For each order, we will have pre-production meeting which helps our production team to better understand order details and quality requirements to avoid any mistake in the production.

During production, we have QC to check the quality of each process.

The honeycomb cores and glues used are all produced by our branch factory so we have good control on the raw material.

Pre-shipment inspection is welcomed.

What is your terms of payment?

Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance shipment before shipment. L/C at sight is acceptable.
