Compared to the honeycomb cores of others, our aluminium honeycomb core has better hexagonal structures and bonding strength. Besides, we always use the good quality aluminium foils, such as 3003H18, 3003H19. The other materials in Chinese market, their declare they use 3003 series aluminium foil, but actually their honeycomb core is made of 1100 series which is softer than ours.







We supply aluminium honeycomb cores in follwing conditions:

Unexpanded honeycomb slices, to ship with unexpanded slices can save shipping space, and customer can expanded when use in site.



Unexpanded honeycomb core blocks, customer can cut whatever thickness/height you want



Expanded honeycomb sheets, this is for high density honeycomb cores, smaller cell size and thicker foil thickness, the high density honeycomb core is difficult for customer to expande by hand, it need to be expanded by expanding machine before delivery.






Customized specifications of aluminium honeycomb cores:

Cell size: minimum 3mm, maximum. 35mm

Honeycomb core height: From 3mm to 300mm

Aluminium foil thickness/wall thickness: From 0.04mm to 0.2mm

Expanded sheet size: within 2000x12000mm

Alloy type: 3003 series and 5052 series, or customize

Special shape: round shape, triangle, etc.
