1. General Information

Stone look aluminum honeycomb panel is sandwich panel bonded with pre painted aluminium face material( painted like stones) and with a core in aluminium honeycomb. It offers high mechanical properties and good fire performances. The aluminum face material can be pre painted in different stone grains. HWSTRONGER Stone Look Honeycomb Panel is a good substitute for solid natural stone cladding especially for high rise building cladding.






HWSTRONGER honeycomb panel is available in various standard thickness of 6, 8,10, 15, 20 and 25mm (maximum thickness go up to 200mm) and is supplied at standard widths of 1220mm or 1500mm and maximum length go up to 10000mm. The production of special is possible.

The top aluminum sheet can be chosen from 0.5mm thickness to 2.5mm thickness. Recommended top skin thickness with stone color is 0.8mm or 1.0mm.

Back skin, however, you can choose thinner sheet to save costs such 0.5mm.

All alloy used for HWSTRONG honeycomb panels are 3003 series.
